Presenters took the time for participants to ask questions and make comments. The interactive approach made the presentation comfortable, interesting and relevant to participants. All participants completed Seminar Satisfaction Surveys. Over all satisfaction with Seminar was 95% or on a scale of 1-5 the average was 4.75.
